Hullo! Nice to meet you!

Hi friends!

This blogging-thing is totally new to me-- unless having a tumblr counted as blogging... Anyway, I thought it might be a good idea to start a blog since I'll be going through a big change starting in August. *deep breath* I'll be moving out of state (to New York) to finally start my junior year at a university! I'm incredibly excited, and I can't wait for what's to come.

With this move, I'll be living with some extended family, and I'll be away from my hearth and home. It's going to be odd living away from my parents and siblings, the longest I've been away from them was two months. Those two months without them was strange, I was so used to seeing, hearing, and feeling their presence all the time-- I have a big family, so it's VERY noticeable when everyone's home (lol). Knowing that I'll be at that university for at least two years makes me a little anxious about leaving home. I know that I'll come and visit during breaks/holidays, but it's not the same as living at home. I'm scared that I'll grow distant from my family and friends here in Florida. And I feel like I'll be missing out on a lot of things such as hanging out with my friends, watching my younger brothers' band concerts, or seeing my sister grow in her new career... I just hope that I'll be able to keep as much contact as I can with everyone! But for now, I just need to keep my chin up and not worry about what's to come, I need to go with the flowww~

But enough of my worries for the future! Here's some facts about me, so you can get to know me better:

1. I'm 20 (and a half) years old, and I'll be turning 21 in June.

2. I'm Filipino! Mabuhay! However, I can't speak Tagalog, BUT I can understand most of it!

3. I like to sing (A LOT)! I belt out Broadway show tunes on a daily basis.

4. My major is nursing, and I'm planning on becoming a nurse anesthetist!

5. I LOVE anime, Marvel super heroes, reading up on true crime, and other nerdy things including aliens and conspiracy theories! (Please nerd out with me)

6. I'm super sensitive/emotional. I swear, I can cry during any movie.

Well... that's all I've got so far! I'm sure I'll be posting frequently since I have a lot of thoughts in my head, and this blog should be a good outlet for them. Please stay tuned!
